At the heart of the urban development of the Aylmer sector, the Aylmer-Vanier Community real estate project (temporary name), developed by Novatio real estate, will be a unique community in the sector. The magnificent land acquired at the corners of Aylmer Road and Vanier Road will become a source of pride for neighbourhood residents.
Several studies on different levels of development have already been undertaken in order to comply with all necessary conformities. We are currently at the stage of developing preliminary models of the project with the architects. All the information that we have accumulated during our various meetings are taken into account: needs of current residents, traffic issues and pedestrian safety, nature conservation, building height, etc.
